Shakespeare in the Parking Lot – A Nashua Theater Guild Production

We hate Shakespeare! At least that’s what the audience thinks until they get a rip-roaring rundown of Shakespeare’s classics. With zombies, talking cows, and an appearance by Jerry Springer, I Hate Shakespeare! is a hilarious and fast-paced introduction to Shakespeare — with a modern twist. Plus, someone gets a pie in the face.

A gloriously raucous time was had by all at the Nashua Theatre Guild’s presentation of “I Hate Shakespeare” on Sunday August 6, 2023.  50-60 patrons gathered under the tent at Temple Beth Abraham, who hosted this presentation, and were regaled with mirth, merriment, and mayhem as the actors wove their way through Shakespeare’s tales.

There is a final performance on Sunday, August 13 at 2:00 pm under the tent at 4 Raymond Street, Nashua. Advance tickets ($5.00) are available online at Nashua Theatre Guild’s Facebook page, or at the door. Refreshments are available to purchase during the event, cash only please!
