ReNewYEAR With Eliana Light

reset . rejoice . recharge . reconnect . reflect . restart . relate . renew

Are you or your family looking for a change for High Holy Day services? Something shorter and upbeat with everything explained, a bit more informal? New Year themes in a more contemporary vibe, accompanied by guitar?

That's ReNewYEAR at Temple Beth Abraham.

ReNewYEAR services are led again this year by Eliana Light, nationally-known Jewish songwriter and educator. We are so fortunate to have Eliana leading us for a third year.

This year ReNewYEAR is on-line. It's shorter than other years -- an hour starting at 10:00 am on all the mornings of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, and for Kol Nidre. But nothing can stop our spirits from wanting to seek and soar, together, with Eliana's guidance.

Together, through song and story, reflection and ritual, we’ll demystify and reconstruct prayer and practice, while tapping into the wonder and potential of these sacred days. Whether you’re a seeker or experienced in the tradition, this is a new kind of learning for the High Holy Days. Together, we’ll explore how we can each be our best selves and play our part to make the best world in the new Jewish year.
