Elul – Month of Teshuvah (Returning)

Rosh Hashanah – New Year

Yom Kippur – Day of Restoration

High Holy Days Schedule

This fall, for the major services we have both Main Sanctuary Services and a new Family, Learning Service for All Ages which meets in the Great Room of our Religious School. Main services are led by Rabbi Jon Spira-Savett, Cantor Stan Juda, David Sacks, and other participants including our Zimria choir. The new experience is led by Eliana Light, award-winning and nationally-known songwriter and Jewish educator. Our schedule is:

 

Yom Kippur Evening -- Kol Nidre: Tuesday, Sept. 18

Yom Kippur Day – Wednesday, Sept. 19
9:00 a.m.                        Main Sanctuary service begins
10:00-11:30 a.m.            ReNewYEAR
11:40 a.m.-12:00 p.m.    Rabbi Jon’s sermon, Yizkor memorial prayers
2:00 p.m.                        The G!D Project: Talking About the Divine, Differently

4:00 p.m.                        Open forum with Rabbi Jon

4:00 - 4:45 p.m.              Family Story Time

4:30 - 5:15 p.m.              Meditation Led by Laura Hegfield
