A seven-week mindfulness meditation offering leading up to Shavuot. Sefirah means "counting" and refers to the 49-day period of counting from the second day of Pesach and the liberation from Egypt to the arrival at Mt. Sinai to receive the Torah. Sefirot are also the "emanating dimensions of divinity" that in Jewish mysticism cascade from within the Ein Sof, the unlimited Divine, into the spiritual and material reality that human beings are a part of.

The series will be led by on Zoom by Laura Hegfield. There is no charge and the session are open to anyone anywhere!
