Chanukkah Healing Service and Minyan
Monday, November 29, 2021
7:30 PM - 8:15 PM

Chanukkah is the Festival of Light during an awareness of darkness. It is about discovering hope in response to a time of challenge and even dispair. We take time to acknowledge the sadness that can come along with our festival seasons and with the approaching winter, as well as many and different losses and separations of the past year. We come together to share light, with candles and readings, music and reflection, and most of all from each other's souls.

The service is led by Laura Hegfield, our member and meditation leader. It will take place at the time of the evening minyan and will include the essential elements of the minyan (Shma, Amidah time for personal prayer, Mourners' Kaddish).

To join use the regular minyan Zoom -- click this link or from the Zoom app or website, or by phone number (929) 436-2866, enter meeting ID 553 007 5723 and password 183672.
